I have never in my life had this bad of service first off the waitress was rude and ignored me when I asked for creamer twice then after waiting nearly an hour for our food there was a red hair on my steak they overcharged my husband for his breakfast and when I called to complain the manager Steve roche whatever his name is was completely rude and condescending like I m making it all up I went there on my vacation from California I even explained this to him.. his attitude was as though this was no big deal and I should have gotten another meal instead of being disgusted excuse me sir but if you went out to eat and you found a long red hair in your food wouldn t you lose your appetite and would you trust said people to make your food again? I will never ever go back here and the way the managers tried to handle the situation as though it s ok makes me furious. I can t find a corporate number and calling their office did absolutely nothing when I asked to speak to his manager he refused don t go here
