Nice hotel with a lot of amenities in the room and good breakfast spread. Overall service was good. The entire hotel is well kept. Few points I noted which can be improved. The front desk promptness / quickness can be better and they can provide basic information. For example I struggled to understand which floor my room belong to. So had to come out and ask them. While handing over the keys they can clearly tell. Also I observed there is a Hello How are you type enquiries to foreigners and a simple hi to Indians. These little things can be taken care. The in the room did not switch on, however on a call, they were very quick to resolve. The bathroom has a translucent glass and can be seen from room and has no provision to close. So there may be an embarrassment if two men or two women happen to share the room. The hotel itself is too far away from Airport, but if you have your meetings or your work in Noida, then this is a good place to stay. All staff were very courteous.
