We found the staff to be ill informed, poorly trained and extremely slow with their responses !!! No one had accurate information on the ongoing sat the hotel itself. Service was extremellyyyyyttt slow and poor. We have stayed at the JW Mariott across and it is just a far far more superb Propert. Personal attention and attention to detail is given at the JW Marriott. This hotel was a commercial money making place that gave zero thought to making your stay comfortable, forget about going the extra mile.
