I joined a movement class at the Feldenkrais Learning Center a few months ago and it has been a life-changing experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a safe and inclusive space for learning. The classes are well-structured and cater to people of all levels. I've noticed improvements in my body awareness and overall well-being. Highly recommended!
