I've been a loyal customer of Automate Health for several years now and I must say their service has been consistently average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, the overall experience could be improved. The customer support team is generally prompt in responding to queries, but sometimes their solutions are not very helpful. The company could also do better in terms of timely delivery of products. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory.
