The $7 parking fee was disappointing surprise. Apparently this is a new 2019 policy for the hotel.

This caused my hotel expense report to be rejected at work for not itemizing the parking separately and wasted time trying to resolve.

The stay was nice other than the disappointing fee. A staff person quickly reversed the charge when I called to complain. Thank you for the prompt help. I am giving the 1 star now only for the repugnant parking policy.

Please reverse your policy of parking fees. It is inconsistent with Courtyard norms and other hotels in suburban areas.
