I ordered a refill of a prescription. When I arrived at the pharmacy to pick it up, I was chagrined to see the cost was three times what I had been paying! The pharmacy intern told my to call my healthcare provider.

I called RMHP Pharmacy Customer Service. The extremely pleasant person explained RMHP was having problems with its third party payment processor. She explained the third party processor incorrectly tried to assign the scrip to my deductable. She overrode that decision, and said she would call the pharmacy and instruct it to resubmit. She said she would call me after she called the pharmacy.

She kept her word. She called me not fifteen minutes after the pharmacy opened and, to my delight, reported my scrip went through at the price I had been paying. My expectations were exceeded.

Compared to the many phone wars I waged with my previous health insurer, United Healthcare, I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Rocky Mountain Health Plans. RMHP has kept all its promises to me. I'd recommend RMHP to anyone.
