I recently visited Kiva salon and spa for a haircut and I had an average experience. The hairdresser was friendly and skilled, but the overall atmosphere and decor of the salon could use some improvement. While it wasn't a terrible experience, I expected more from a high-end salon like Kiva. The prices were quite high compared to other salons in the area, which made me question if it was worth it. I might consider trying another salon next time.
