I have had an average experience with Floor king carpet one floor & home. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but their customer service could be improved. The staff was not very knowledgeable and it took a long time for them to provide assistance. Overall, the selection of carpets and flooring options was good, but the experience could have been better.
