I have had a mixed experience with the government of Santa Catarina. While they have made efforts to improve public services, there is still a lot of work to be done. The website, ssp.sc.gov.br, is informative but can be overwhelming in terms of the amount of information available. I believe there is a need for better organization and accessibility. Overall, I would rate it as average.
