🏨 I recently stayed at Hotel Firenze in Serra Negra and overall, my experience was average. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the main attractions in the area. 🗺️ However, I found the rooms to be quite small and lacking in amenities. 😕 The website boasted about modern facilities, but it didn't quite live up to the expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the service was a bit slow at times. ⏳ The breakfast spread was decent, but could have had more variety. 🍳🥐 On the positive side, the hotel had a nice pool area and the surroundings were peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. 🏊 Overall, if you're looking for a basic accommodation option with an average experience, Hotel Firenze is an acceptable choice. 🏨🔺
