If you have the option of either seeing your favor...

If you have the option of either seeing your favorite artist at The Wilbur or at another venue that might be 500 or more miles away, take the road trip, trust me, it'll be worth it to avoid this theater. Floor seats are tiny, uncomfortable and cramped together. I was in section C and the person next to me was sitting on half of my seat most of the show. At one point a heater on the wall came on overheating the whole section. Before the show began we were told no flash photography, no video, what they didn't mention was that only cellphone cameras can be used. They would be better off not allowing cameras at all, and making that policy clear when people purchase tickets. As it is they harass audience members who are taking photos "you can't use that camera" "are you taking video" "hold your phone lower" etc, etc while leaning over and in front of too many people to count to whisper the questions. Meanwhile those audience members in seats that are harder to reach can film most of the show with no issues. I was seeing an artist who hasn't toured in 5 years and instead of being able to enjoy the show I paid to see I had to deal with people enforcing nonsense rules put out by an establishment that seems to only be in business to sell alcohol to as many people as possible. Just avoid this theater at all costs.
