Racing through built-up areas, not giving priority, ignoring overtaking prohibited, cutting and pushing away are the daily practices of these drivers.
Just last week, one comes out of the exit at a gas station, sees that traffic is coming, drives on to the main road and other road users have only to divert what barely went well.
