Package is in depot but is not delivered?! Your answer contact sender, they can start an investigation. it is you who made the mistake and not the sender. They have neatly delivered and paid for the package but you have lost it and apparently I am not alone. It is outrageous that you can still deliver packages! And you don't get much response from you either
