Had the worst experience of my life with this company. They raised my taxes 202% from the previous year. I went to the scheduled open book to discuss, and they had an employee who was a complete robot and did nothing to help me but tell me thats just how it is. I am frustrated and appealing to the State of Wisconsin. I took time off work as they told me it could be discussed only to be let down. Wasted my time....
