As a customer, I found the website a bit difficult to navigate 🤔. It's clean, but the information is scattered, making it hard to find what I need. The service seems average, and the appointment booking process could be more efficient. On the positive side, the design is pleasant, and the blog section is informative. However, I hope the company can work on improving the user experience and streamline the content organization. Overall, I'd rate my experience as average, and I think there's room for improvement in terms of website functionality and customer journey flow.
