I recently hired a cleaning service from the website maidsrus.com and had a rather average experience. The cleaners were punctual and polite, and they did a decent job overall. However, I noticed that some areas were not as thoroughly cleaned as I had hoped. The customer service was responsive when I reached out, and they offered to send the cleaners back to address the missed spots, which was good. I appreciated their willingness to make things right. One thing I would suggest is for them to pay more attention to detail during the initial cleaning. 👍 Overall, I would say it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
