I recently hired this PR firm for a campaign, and I have to say I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. The team was responsive and worked diligently to meet our needs. However, I expected a bit more creativity and out-of-the-box thinking for the price we paid. While they delivered quality work, there was a lack of innovation that left me wanting more. On the positive side, the communication was clear, and they were receptive to feedback. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciate their efforts but think there's room for growth in terms of offering more unique and innovative solutions 👍.
