I was calling to make an appointment to counselor every day since Jenuary 5th. First off all noone answered phone from 7.30, for 15-30 minutes, I was waiting bunch of time but they always tell me that all appointments are booked. Second off all online page doesn't work at all, it's always saying that they don't have available appointments. Third of all, I came three times at different time for first come first serve, and waited about 2-4 hours, still wasn't helped. I work and I need to schedule appointment, not sit in the office whole day to 'Maybe get some help'
In addition, I had an appointment with counselor in November, and I he said that I don't need an education plan. Ok, I trasted that guy and he didn't make it for me. So now I'll have to pay full for my classes because I don't have education plan. I don't know.... Are you guys making your money this way???
I honestly feel cheated. Your counseling services are horrible. I don't need apologies, I just want you to know this all.
