I used to procure all of my cluster bombs from General Dynamics until they were villafied globally for a fraction of the ordinance not detinating immediately. After Textron, the last Us company to produce them stopped making them a few years ago I have been forced to buy Russian made bombs, some of them Soviet era. Instead of 1-5% of the ordinance failing to detonate, it's now 5-10%. Bring back the cluster munitions!
