I am a CUSTOMER who recently used Pyxeos for my project. The experience was average. The company's website has a clean and modern design. However, I found the overall service to be just average. The customer support was slow in responding to my queries and the turnaround time for my project took longer than expected. I appreciate their effort, but there is definitely room for improvement. The team should work on improving their communication and project management processes.
