I had a mixed experience with Tele-sales Direct. While some of the customer service representatives were helpful and knowledgeable, others were unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping me. The rates offered by the company were average compared to other similar companies in the market. Overall, I would rate my experience with Tele-sales Direct as average.
