I had an overall satisfactory experience with Owatonna Granite And Monument Works, Inc. The customer service was prompt and helpful, and the final product met my expectations. I appreciate the attention to detail and the timely delivery. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of pricing. Overall, I'm happy with my memorial, but I believe there are more affordable options available.
