I recently flew with Air Cair*o and overall, I had an average experience. The online check-in process was fairly easy to navigate and the website was user-friendly. However, the flight itself was just okay. The seats were quite uncomfortable and lacked adequate legroom, which made the journey a bit tiresome. The in-flight entertainment options were limited and the quality of the screens could have been better. The cabin crew were polite and professional, but the service was not particularly memorable. The food served during the flight was mediocre and the selection could have been improved. Additionally, the punctuality of the flights could be better as there were slight delays both on departure and arrival. Overall, Air Cair*o is an average airline that could benefit from improving the comfort of its seats and the overall in-flight experience.
