I recently had an interaction with a community organization that I won't mention by name, but it was disappointing. The services provided were subpar and the staff was not very helpful. I had high expectations, but they were not met. On a positive note, the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I hope they take customer feedback into account and make improvements in the future.
