Very poor service so far. It has been over a week...

Very poor service so far. It has been over a week since they received my Oceanic dive computer for repair and they have not replied to my email messages or voice message regarding the available options. They have not even updated the RMA status of the computer. I really hope someone there will reply back and they will help to repair the computer soon.
