Batis'home has some good products, but I feel there is room for improvement. While browsing the website, I found it slightly difficult to find specific items. Additionally, the customer service response time was not as fast as I would have liked. However, the quality of the products I received was satisfactory, and the delivery was timely. Overall, it was an average experience shopping with Batis'home.
