They never stick to their appointments. Literally at least 4 hours from when you're supposed to be there, truckload or one small piece. They never know what they are doing and everyone just passes the buck to the next person. No one knows what they are doing or if they are doing something they don't know why they are doing it so they do it wrong. Find somewhere else if at all possible.
