We ordered cards Nov. 19th and it took until the 30th for a proof. we approved on Dec. 2nd and still nothing. we've used this company for years, but they have been unresponsive with emails not responded to, calls not returned, etc. we are still waiting for cards that were supposed to be here on the 14th with no explanation of why they haven't been received.
