Recently had a built in microwave go out. Called the Jarrell Company, talked to Donna and she's amazing. Turned out they had a new model in stock (got the same microwave after 15 years of heavy use) and they were able to deliver and install it the next day! It was seamless! I will call them when it's time for other new appliances!
