Operation (by force majeure) was bad.

Agreed with a group, but the agreements made (1 table, 6 people per ticket, more drinks) did not come through with the hostess. She did her best and we could still sit at one table. Well organised.
Less was that a few times there was 45 to 70 minutes between courses and the drinks took a long time to arrive. The cuisine was clearly understaffed, the meat and fish was over-done in many cases.
I understand it was force majeure, but this should have been dealt with and at least communicated. Eventually we got a free round.
