I have been a customer of the Holon municipality for a few years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they are not exceptional, they get the job done. The staff members are generally polite and helpful, although there have been a few instances where I encountered unprofessional behavior. Overall, I would rate my experience with the Holon municipality as average.
