I recently used the services of Direct Commerce Association (DCA) and I must say, the experience was average. The website homeofdirectcommerce.com was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. The response time was quite slow and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
