I was very satisfied with my visit expect for one ...

I was very satisfied with my visit expect for one fact no where did I see(in person and online) that there were specific ferry times to Ellis Island which we were all focused for on our visit. We went to the dock to only see that we had missed all the ferries for the day and there was nothing that staff could do for us. I was very disappointed. This is something that should be pointed out to all guests and not be disguised.
