My experience was terrible and put my family in danger. Last Thursday we had a technician out to check why our AC was not working. He could not find the reason, and we had a second opinion come the following Tuesday. I had my mother-in-law let the technician, Cory, in to do the work. He recommended we get a breaker fixes since the one hooked up to the AC is not working. Our electrician came at 6pm that night and was furious. He said Cory, the Blue Dot technician, left the unit with the coil not on the disconnect and breaker. Meaning we could have had a fire since the disconnect would NOT have shut the unit off. The electrician fixed everything and now the AC works too.
