As a CUSTOMER, I must say that I had a really average experience with White Jones Hardware & Sprtng. Although their website, whitejoneshardware.com, is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for, the overall customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I was also disappointed by the limited selection they had in certain categories. However, I will give them credit for their competitive pricing. It's just a shame that the customer service didn't match up.
