They offer a lot but trying to get to talk to who you need to takes forever. And then if you finally get somebody they talk like they are about to fall asleep and don't seem like they want to help you.

Also, don't waste your time trying to speak face to face with someone helpful. Last time I tried, the office person started going on about how they hate their job.

The teachers I've met are usually very nice and helpful but their office people leave a lot to be desired.
