Living in Lehighton we wanted to stay local and purchase a car from Lehighton Kia. Our experience here was terrible and a waste of our time. My husband and I were very clear with what we could afford... up front and honest with our situation and flexible with what we were looking for. From the beginning they told us... no problem we ll make it work for you!!! We kept getting promised that they were going to work with us and get us into a vehicle we could afford after trading in a car. After wasting two days and countless hours waiting for actual answers on exact numbers ... they came back with outrageous monthly payment way over our budget and a big down payment. This was very upsetting because we were VERY clear... up front and told our salesperson our budget and we couldn t go over it. They just ignored what we told them. Extremely disappointed. When the sales manger came over to us at the end he was rude & unprofessional and not willing to work with us. Very upsetting! Would not refer anyone here.
