I recently had my bathtub refinished and unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. The customer service felt a bit lacking, as my inquiries went unanswered for longer than I anticipated. 💬

When the technicians arrived, they seemed rushed and didn't pay as much attention to detail as I hoped. 🛁 While the initial transformation looked decent, I noticed some imperfections shortly after the job was completed. I expected more durability for the price I paid, but the finish started to show signs of wear earlier than I thought it should.
