While I found the selection of fixtures at Lotus Fixture to be quite impressive, I did have some issues with their customer service. There were delays in response times and the staff seemed less knowledgeable than expected. However, the quality of the fixtures I purchased was satisfactory. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
