My trip with Dead Sea holidays was overall satisfactory. The services provided were up to the mark but not exceptional. The website was user-friendly and the booking process was smooth. However, I expected a better variety of activities and amenities. The customer service was good but could be more attentive. Despite these shortcomings, I had a decent experience.
