Terrible experience. They treat you bad unless you are buying a new corvette. Andy in finance was most unpleasant to work with and Dallas in sales does not ever follow up. After buying a car it broke down- they made me purchase a service agreement i had to pay extra for plus a deductible and the car broke down 2 days after service. Service department is no good. Karl chevy is just a big flashy place that does NOT care about customers. I would never purchase a vehicle here again.
