I had an average experience staying at The Ubud Village Resort and Spa. The website theubudvillage.com looked promising but the reality fell short of my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in catering to guests' needs and the overall atmosphere was quite dull. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.
