I recently took a wine class at vinology.com and it was an eye-opening experience. The class was well-organized and the instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. I learned a lot about different types of wine and how to properly taste and evaluate them. The tasting portion of the class was particularly enjoyable, as it allowed me to try wines that I wouldn't have otherwise had the opportunity to taste.
