The experience I had with Smith RV Sales & Service, Inc. was satisfactory overall. The staff was helpful, but I expected a bit more personalized attention. The RV I purchased is in good condition, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. However, the customer service was responsive and they took care of everything. I would recommend Smith RV with some reservations.
