I have been using their services for a while now, and I am quite pleased with the call quality and customer support. However, I do have some concerns regarding the billing process. There were a few instances where I was billed incorrectly, but the support team promptly resolved the issue. Overall, I would rate Parcom telephone co as a solid option for telephone services.
