I am a happy customer of Sparkasse hegau-bodensee. Their staff is always friendly and willing to assist me with my banking needs. I appreciate their online banking platform, which is easy to use and navigate. However, I believe they could improve their mobile banking app for better user experience. Nevertheless, I would recommend Sparkasse for their excellent customer service.
