I have been a customer of Sanitätshaus heigl gmbh for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of products and reasonable prices, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff can be quite unfriendly and unhelpful at times, which can be frustrating. However, I have to admit that they do have a wide range of products available, so if you know exactly what you need, it can be a convenient place to shop.
