I recently tried BCE Premium TV and I have mixed feelings about it. The website premium.b-c-e.us is easy to navigate, but the content library is a bit limited. The rate I would give this service is average. The customer support team was helpful when I reached out to them. It's not the best streaming service, but it's not the worst either.
