I believe Trust Mutual Life is an average company with decent offerings and customer service. I have been with them for a couple of years now and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and their rates are competitive. However, there have been a few instances where I had to contact customer support, and the experience was not the best. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
